Ordering is easy:
Please use our order forms which can be mailed or faxed at +49 (0) 6721/983060 (of course you might as well use a regular postcard or fax/ letter or e-mail form) - or call us at +49 (0) 6721/98 300. Mo-Fr: 7:00 - 21:00, Sa 9:00 - 13:00. You might also order online: www.allzweck.de.
Please note: Your order will not be delivered until your complete payment. If we do not receive your payment within 14 days the order will automatically be cancelled for you.
Our delivery service:
Delivery is made by post. We offer a reliable 48-hour despatch service, so that a fast delivery is guaranteed (from early summer until late fall the delivery time can vary between 3-5 working days). If an article is temporary not available, we will send you part delivery and will of course keep you informed. If the backorder is on stock again within 15 days, the delivery will be made at our expenses. Orders exceeding EUR 100,00 will be sent franco domicile within Germany. Take advantage of it!
Delivery terms for goals, ball pendels, catch fences and barriers within Germany:
These prices are quoted per package - we deliver free of charge to the local forwarder near you! From the forwarding company to your German address we will invoice you the carriage amount of EUR 22,00 for the following products: 0121, 0210, 0211, 0212, 0213, 0214, 0218, 0220, 0410, 0420, 1452, 1454, 1456, 0510, 0511, 0520, 0521. Additional EUR 45,00 bulky packages must be charged for goals # 0110, 0112, 0120, 0123, 0116, 0117, 0140, 0142 and 0143. Fully welded goals will generally be despatched franco domicile within Germany. Streetball goals will be sent at following freight costs: demountable goals: EUR 18,00/per piece, fully welded goals: EUR 26,30/per piece and foldable goals: EUR 26,30/per piece.

After we receive your order placement confirmation we will send you a separate E-Mail with the following subject: "Data for Prepayment" and our bank information.
Please note: For delivery in non-European countries we have to charge an exit summary declaration amounting to 6,00 EUR.
Associations, schools and administrations are eligible for open account terms when ordering in written form. Above-mentioned delivery and payment terms are only valid in Germany. Deliveries abroad are made Cash on delivery or per MASTER-/ VISA card plus freight costs.

Return of goods
The returned goods must be sent to us at your risks and charges. We will not accept packages sent back at our expenses. If we do admit the claim, we will grant you the freight costs you have paid for sending back the package. If delivered goods do not tally with your order please inform us. We will have the Products picked up by post at no additional costs. We will send you a Free-Way-Ticket with which you can send us back the package free of charge.
You may rest assured that any returned order will be dealt with promptly. New deliveries will be free of freight charges, except for worn, modificated or to customers specification goods.
All clocks inclusive manufacturer warranty. When opening the clock case also by a specialist, the warranty goes out.
Please note, that our whistles can only be returned in their original packaging.
Right of revoke:
Any customer has the right to revoke his contractual statement, without stating reasons, within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods in written form (e.g. letter, e-mail, fax) or, in case the goods have been handed to you before the end of the deadline, by returning the goods. The deadline begins with the receipt of this instruction in written form, but not before the delivery of the goods to the addressee (in case of the repeated delivery of similar goods not before the delivery of the first part-delivery) and also not before the completion of our obligation to inform according to article 246 § 2 combined with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB, as well as our obligations according to § 312 g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB combined with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. In order to observe the cancellation period it is sufficient to return the goods or the cancellation in due time.

If a cancellation is effected, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived from them (e.g. interests) to be returned. If you are not able to return the service received, whether wholly or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation for the appropriate value as required. When submitting items, this does not apply if the deterioration of the item is due exclusively to testing it - as you would have been able to in a retail store, for example. In all other cases, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for deterioration of an item that occurs due to it being used as intended, if you do not use the item as your property and do not use it in a way that would adversely affect its value. Items ready to be shipped in packages are to be returned at our risk. You will bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to what you ordered and if the price of the item to be returned is no more than 40 EUR in value or if the item has a higher price and at the time of cancellation you have not yet rendered the equivalent service or a contractually agreed partial payment. In all other cases, the return is free of charge for you. Items that are not ready to be sent as packages will be picked up. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The term begins for you when you send us your cancellation statement or the item, and it begins for us when we receive it.
Expenses for retroactive changes to the invoice
Upon completion of the contract, we will charge for subsequent changes to the invoice (for example, change of the invoice-adress) as well as for the subsequent modification of customer-specific accounting data (e.g., cost centers, custom order numbers, order number, etc.) a compensation for expenses of 5.00 Euro per transaction.
